Research and Practice on the Construction of Optoelectronic Information Industry College in Applied Undergraduate Universities—Taking Nanyang University of Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Applied universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-quality applied talents and serving regional economic and social development. As a strategic emerging industry, the optoelectronic information industry is of great significance to regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading. As an intellectual support for local economic development, applied universities play an important role in serving regional industrial development. This article takes the School of Optoelectronic Information Industry at Nanyang University of Technology as an example to explore the ways and practices of building an applied undergraduate college of optoelectronic information industry, aiming to provide reference for relevant education and teaching personnel.
