Research on Talent Training Pathways for Master's Degree in Arts under Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: As a key field for cultivating high-level applied talents, master's degree in arts education needs to seize the development opportunities provided by industry-education integration and continuously promote the reform and innovation of training models. However, the current master's degree in arts talent training faces the problem of objectives deviating from industrial demands. To promote the improvement of master's degree in arts talent training quality, it is necessary to construct an industry-demand-oriented objective mechanism, build a teaching staff with dual capabilitiesa, refine the collaborative education path through the research on tripartite empowerment, effectively solving the development problems of master's degree in arts education, optimizing talent training effectiveness, and promoting precise matching between high-level artistic talents and cultural industry demands.
