Abstract: As a new model for talent cultivation jointly carried out by universities and enterprises. It is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of talents, improving the social reputation of schools, and promoting the innovative development of regional economy. Under the background of the integration of industry and education, practical teaching in independent colleges must adhere to the unity of theory and practice, build a“big pattern”of practical teaching, adhere to the linkage between schools and enterprises, build a“big classroom”of practical teaching, adhere to the coordination of the leading role and the main body, build a“dual subject”of practical teaching, and adhere to the integration of internal and external, promote the diversification of the practical teaching evaluation.
