Exploration of Competition Driven Talent Cultivation Mode under the Background of “Double Innovation”

Abstract: In the context of the “double innovation”, the traditional talent cultivation model is facing new challenges and opportunities, and subject competitions have gradually become an important carrier for improving the comprehensive quality of college students and cultivating innovative spirit in “double innovation” education. This paper focuses on the exploration of the application of competition driven model in student training. First, it discusses the current situation of competition driven talent training model, analyzes the current results and shortcomings; secondly, explore strategies to optimize the competition driven talent cultivation model; finally, analyze the expected effects of the competition driven talent cultivation model. Research has shown that a competition driven talent cultivation model can help improve students'comprehensive quality and better adapt to the development needs of “double innovation”.
