Development and Optimization of the Joint Postgraduate Training Base Management Systems under the Concept of “Three-Comprehensive Education”

Abstract: Constructing the joint postgraduate training base is of great significance for improving graduate program outcomes and achieving industry-academia-research convergence in higher education reform. This study examines the current status and challenges in developing and governing university-industry collaborative postgraduate training bases within Chinese higher education. Guided by the “three-comprehensive education”, it discusses the framework of establishing and refining the training management system, with targeted interventions to optimize existing training systems. These strategies aim to enhance graduate education quality, thereby strengthening talent pipelines for regional, industrial, and national development agendas.
