Analysis of the Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Undergraduate Nursing Students in Local Medical Colleges

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is an important part of higher education. It aims to cultivate students'innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness, and to provide them with a platform to transform theoretical knowledge into practical operations, so that the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities they master can better meet the requirements of social and economic development. By analyzing the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for undergraduate nursing students in a local university, this paper explores effective ways to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of undergraduate nursing students in local medical colleges from the aspects of educational status, educational needs, and educational approaches.
