Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the work of university students is facing a dual transformation of technological empowerment and student work cognitive. Artificial intelligence technology not only provides new means for innovative educational models, but also brings new challenges to the student work team. Colleges and universities should take hierarchical classification and precise adaptation, technological empowerment and capability enhancement, and full participation and efficient collaboration as the basic principles for optimizing the student work system. Student education, behavior guidance, daily services, and student work team construction should be taken as practical paths for optimizing the student work system, comprehensively helping to improve the quality of talent cultivation, responding to the challenges of the times, serving national strategies, and fulfilling educational missions.
