Research on the Path of Building a “Dual Teacher” Teacher Team in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

Abstract: In the context of the new era, with the transformation and upgrading of the social economy, the integration of industry and education has become an important measure to promote the development of vocational education in China. In the process of continuously reforming the teaching system in vocational colleges in China, strengthening the construction of high-level “dual teacher” teacher team is the key to improving the quality of vocational education and the efficiency of talent cultivation. Based on this, this article focuses on the background and significance of the integration of industry and education and the construction of “dual teacher” teacher team, discovers the problems in the construction of “dual teacher” teacher team in vocational colleges, and puts forward several constructive suggestions to effectively promote the construction of the “dual teacher” teacher team from the perspective of industry education integration.
