Exploration on the Practice of Promoting High Quality Employment of Vocational College Students through the Integration of Industry and Education in the Digital Economy Era

Abstract

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, the demand for talent in society has changed. As an important place for talent cultivation, vocational colleges need to cultivate students with digital skills, cross disciplinary integration ability, and innovative consciousness. As a cross-border integration method, the integration of industry and education can enable universities and enterprises to achieve resource complementarity, win-win development, and fully play the important role of industry education integration in high-quality employment of vocational college students. By understanding industry needs, clarifying goals, innovating training models, creating practical platforms, strengthening employment guidance and other measures, it can help vocational college students achieve high-quality employment.
