Reform and Practice of Vocational Training Teaching from the Perspective of Su Shang Spirit

Abstract: In the context of global economic transformation and upgrading, the importance of vocational education as an important bridge connecting education and industry is increasingly prominent. Vocational training teaching is an important component of the vocational education system, playing a crucial role in enhancing students'practical abilities, innovative spirit, and professional qualities. The spirit of Su Shang spirit is a model of the combination of traditional culture and modern commercial civilization, and its unique cultural connotation can provide rich spiritual support for the reform and practice of vocational training and teaching. This article explores the integration path of the spirit of Su Shang spirit and vocational training teaching from multiple perspectives, starting from the cultural connotation of “thick morality, reverence for culture, industry, and innovation”.
