Research on Pathways to Enhance the Quality and Efficiency of Practical Teaching in Finance Major under the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model

Abstract: Finance is a highly applied discipline, and the school enterprise cooperation model, as a key driver for advancing financial education, plays a significant role in improving the practical teaching capabilities and outcomes in finance. Focusing on school-enterprise cooperation, this paper identifies existing issues in practical teaching under this model, including unstable practical teaching bases, unreasonable curriculum design, weak practical abilities of teaching staff, and incomplete evaluation mechanisms for practical teaching. It further analyzes the underlying causes of these problems and proposes pathways to enhance the quality and efficiency of practical teaching in finance based on the school-enterprise cooperation model.
