Abstract: Mold of CAD is an important major course of material forming and control engineering, and there are many teaching pains such as extensive-content, knowledge-difficulty and limited-class-hours, as a result reform of digital teaching is executed in which offline-online flipped teaching mode are practiced. In the teaching, digital instructional resources are reconstructed and offline-online teaching mode is used by which key or difficult knowledge are learned by offline in class but fragmented knowledge by online out of class, and digital exercise library and test system are designed for instant tests with test paper from teacher or intelligent test paper from system after learning; Apart from that, intelligent teaching interactions are applied to develop class and teaching evaluation is optimized from different aspects including evaluating subject, object and mode. In the paper, how to establish digital instructional resources, activate intelligent teaching interactions and finish teaching evaluation in different aspects are practiced and tested and these experiences can be used as reference for other engineering major courses.
