Practice of Career Planning Education for College Students Guided by Enhancing Employment Ability

Abstract: The career planning education for college students is of great significance in determining their employment direction, improving their employment competitiveness, promoting personal growth, and realizing social value. College graduates should make early career planning, explore suitable career development paths with a correct mindset and scientific approach, and possess the ability and qualities to meet future work needs. Career planning education is a bridge connecting schools and job positions. Through systematic curriculum design, participation in practical activities, and personalized counseling services, students can establish career concepts, strengthen self-awareness, determine career goals, and develop practical and feasible action plans. It can enhance graduates'competitiveness in employment, stimulate their potential, and enable them to fully exert their comprehensive abilities, laying a good foundation for future work.
