Abstract: With the popularization and deepening of higher education, student communities in universities have become important places for students to live, study, and communicate. Their management mode directly affects the growth environment of students and the educational effectiveness of universities. At present, community management in universities faces many challenges, such as scattered service resources, insufficient response to student needs, low student participation, and low level of informatization. It is urgent for universities to integrate service resources, focus on personalized services, promote student autonomy, strengthen information construction, and improve institutional mechanisms based on student needs, to build an efficient, convenient, and warm“one-stop”community management system, and promote the comprehensive development of students.
