Exploration and Practice of Innovative Talent Training Mode Based on MIC Innovation Concept

Abstract

Abstract: Innovation is the primary driving force for development, and college students as the group with the most innovative potential, have some differences and difficulties in understanding the concept and essence of innovation. If they cannot solve problems such as “what innovation is and how to innovate” well, it will seriously restrict the cultivation of innovative talents in higher education institutions. In view of the above problems, on the basis of many years of innovation and entrepreneurship education and guiding students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability training practice, the team innovatively puts forward the innovation concept based on MIC (Make It Comfortable, MIC), and applies it in the training process of innovative talents, so that students can find the breakthrough and entry point of innovation. Inspire innovative thinking, stimulate the internal motivation of innovation. Through nearly 10 years of exploration and practice, good results have been obtained, which has important guiding significance for the cultivation of innovative talents.
