Abstract: High-quality construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practical base is an important engine for higher vocational colleges to promote educational reform and cultivate high-quality talents. At present, there are many outstanding problems in the cultivation of high-quality talents in some higher vocational colleges, such as the imperfect mechanism of talents cultivation, the unreasonable structure of teachers and the unclear cultivation paths. Deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening the integration of science and education has gradually become a powerful support for promoting the construction of the connotation of the practical bases of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The authors explore whole-fields talents training mode of integration of science and industry and education, apply it to the construction of the connotation of the practical bases. The talents training mode also puts forward the training mechanism of “integration of theory and reality” , guarantees mechanism of “four-dimensions tutors” and the training paths of “five-innovation and integration” . It is expected to provide beneficial reference for higher vocational colleges to train high-quality talents through the construction of practical bases for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
