Abstract: Based on the background of new engineering, it is of great significance to enrich the practical experience of teachers, improve their practical operation ability, and comprehensively strengthen the construction of new engineering teachers, so as to cultivate new engineering applied talents with both ability and political integrity. Guided by the theory of strengthening the country by education, we must strengthen the teacher team before strengthen the teaching. Under the implementation of a series of measures such as new engineering construction and cooperative education, we put forward a“six-in-one”scheme to train teachers for new engineering applied talents, and vigorously cultivate a high-quality professional teacher team with noble morality, exquisite professional skills, reasonable structure and full of vitality, which provides a protection for cultivating outstanding graduates with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty and labor.
