Abstract: Nowadays, there are some issues regarding low quality of employment, insufficient mass customization and precision of talents cultivating, and low effectiveness of educational programs, which are common in vocational colleges when cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents through new engineering education. It is very important to solve the relevant problems. According to the logical framework of the industry-education integration, this paper constructs the cultivating mode of“three-complete educations”. Firstly, the author sets the training goal of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, which is based on the perspective of“three-complete educations”. Secondly, the author summed up the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship talent and development and training contents. Thirdly, who sets three dimensions of the whole processes, participants and perspectives to build a new engineering talent training mechanism. Finally, the author designs the effectiveness evaluation system for training innovation and entrepreneurship talents. This paper can promote vocational colleges to deepen the industry-education integration, practice the mechanism of“three-complete educations”, and cultivate high-quality talents in the future.
