Abstract: In the context of the education accreditation of higher normal majors, the education and teaching needs of teacher training majors in local colleges and universities should be based on the teacher education accreditation standards to determine the goals of professional construction. Guided by the personality development of normal students and the needs of employers in junior hig schools and high schools, the optimization and adjustment and reform of majors are carried out, and the professional education and teaching are continuously improved; Based on the actual situation of the school and regional economic and social development, it forms a major with its own distinctive characteristics, seeks development with characteristics, builds a brand with characteristics, and realizes the high-quality and sustainable development of the profession.
