Abstract: Under the background of new engineering construction, the development of graduate education needs to be further innovated, and the training of new engineering talents urgently needs to be promoted through the transformation and upgrading of engineering education. Cultivating high-level applied talents who can solve practical production problems and put forward innovation based on practical situation is the correct orientation of professional degree graduate education under the new engineering background and the concept of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. In order to solve the problems encountered in the process of cultivating practical innovative professional degree graduate talents in China, this paper analyzes the four aspects of training goal, training mode, training object and trainer, and explores the talent training mode from these four aspects. According to the theory combined with practice, practice promotes innovation, and combines the national basic policy and the local basic facts.
