Researches and Practices on How to Cultivate Creative Talents within the Bridging Framework of “3+2” under the Background of Vocational & University Education Integration, Industry & Education Integration as well as Science & Education Integration

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the achievements and shortcomings in the actual process of“3+2”high-cost linkage cooperation in pharmaceutical production technology specialty, this paper studies the“3+2”high-cost linkage problem from the background of“general integration of jobs, integration of production and education, integration of science and education”, and actively explores new approaches and new measures to train innovative talents through high-cost linkage, includes innovating the integrated talent training model for high university integration, constructing an integrated curriculum system for high university integration, and creating a collaborative innovation platform for high university integration.
