Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Standardized Training for Resident Physicians of Traditional Chinese Medicine Majors under the Background of “Medical Education Collaboration”

Abstract

Abstract: As a traditional medicine in China, the quality of education in traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the development of traditional Chinese medicine health and the level of people's health.“Medical education collaboration”is a new policy implemented by the country to integrate professional degree graduate training with standardized training for resident physicians. This article reviews the current situation of standardized training for master's degree students in traditional Chinese medicine under the background of“medical education collaboration”, identifies existing problems, and proposes rectification suggestions, providing theoretical basis for optimizing the training plan for master's degree students in traditional Chinese medicine.
