Abstract: Against the backdrop of constructing first-class undergraduate courses, university teaching reform focuses on cultivating innovative and versatile talents. This paper conducts an in-depth exploration of interdisciplinary virtual simulation teaching in economics and management. It analyzes the shortcomings of existing teaching models, including insufficient teaching resources and platform construction, weak interdisciplinary collaboration, inadequate evaluation systems, and a lack of faculty strength. By introducing advanced virtual simulation technology and diversified evaluation mechanisms, and building efficient interdisciplinary collaboration teams, this paper proposes improvement measures such as optimizing teaching resources, perfecting evaluation systems, and strengthening faculty training. These measures not only enhance students'comprehensive practical skills and innovative thinking abilities but also provide strong support for the continuous construction of first-class undergraduate courses.
