Innovative Training Programs Cultivate Students’ Innovative Thinking and Practical Ability

Abstract: Under the circumstance that the students don't have a comprehensive understanding of their specialized knowledge, it will be helpful for them to understand their field of study. In the course of project learning, the mentor will give constructive suggestions on the selection, execution and reporting of the project, which will help the students complete their project successfully. In this paper, the author discusses how to help the students to understand the core subjects, develop their creativity and practical skills, and lead them to self-directed study, collaborative work, report writing and communication.
