Exploration on the Education Model of Engineering Management Major in Higher Vocational Education Guided by Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract: With the increasing employment pressure on vocational college students, promoting the transformation of vocational college students'employment concepts has become an urgent task. Accelerating the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship with professional education, and achieving the goal of“employment moving towards entrepreneurship”in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship, has become an important way to increase employment rates. This article explores the relationship and integration status between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in vocational engineering management majors, explores the creation of a“3+2”talent training model, and proposes corresponding solutions from several aspects such as course system content and teacher training.
