Research on Influencing Factors and Improving Methods of Teaching Innovation Ability of University Teachers

Abstract: Teaching innovation ability of university teachers is a high-level reflection of all kinds of teaching comprehensive ability, which is also a key factor affecting the quality of innovative personnel practice. Based on a survey questionnaire, influencing factors of university teachers’teaching innovation ability were analyzed,which include personal factors, resource factors, and environmental factors. Combined with the main teaching innovation forms at present, the methods to improve the teaching innovation ability of university teachers are put forward, which are to transfer personal scientific research ability to teaching innovation ability, to construct scientific research resources and facility resources, to pay continuous attention to environmental factors.
