Abstract: Cross disciplinary comprehensive training teaching in economics and management is one of the important means for students majoring in economics and management in our school to acquire professional skills and understand the logic of modern enterprise operation. It is also an important way for students to exercise and improve their comprehensive abilities. Based on the CIPP model (background, input, process, and output), this article proposes the requirements for constructing a cross disciplinary comprehensive training teaching evaluation system, including training position planning, course design, training process tracking, and training achievement backtracking.
