Analysis on the Reform Path of Social Practice Courses Combined with Engineering Disciplines in Applied Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Abstract: In order to meet the development needs of the new liberal arts, colleges and universities incorporate social practice into the talent training program and set up social practice courses to achieve the comprehensive cultivation of students' comprehensive quality. Social practice courses focus on practical operation and the ability to solve practical problems, while engineering disciplines emphasize theoretical innovation and technology application. Through interdisciplinary teaching in the first class and collaborative education in the second class, students can not only master solid theoretical knowledge, but also enhance their practical operation ability and problem-solving ability, and improve their comprehensive quality to adapt to social development. This paper takes the community work practice of administrative management practice course as an example, through the design of teaching content, the arrangement of teaching organization personnel, the setting of teaching organization form and the design of teaching assessment, reforms traditional practice course, to cultivate the administrative management compound talents under the background of the new liberal arts.
