Abstract: Undergraduate English majors from normal universities possess advantages in english language proficiency and interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. They can play key roles in rural revitalization as educators, cultural communicators, promoters of agricultural product trade, and innovators. Through participation in activities such as teaching assistance, volunteer services, international trade, and innovative exploration, they not only enhanced their English language skills and practical abilities but also contributed to rural education and economic development. However, they still face challenges in their practices. To address these challenges, it is suggested to adopt the following strategies: innovate the training mechanisms in normal universities, provide policy and financial support, establish multi-stakeholder cooperation platforms, and continually evaluate and improve.
