Design and Practice of Teaching Mode Guided by the“Post, Course and Certificate Integration”—Taking Changbai Mountain Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract: Pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine is a very important professional course in the specialty of medicine administration in higher vocational colleges. In order to meet the needs of school-enterprise cooperation, based on the concept of“improving quality, cultivating excellence and endowing ability with added value”in vocational education, based on the teaching concept of OBE, the teaching process is the working process, the teaching design of this course is based on the order of RPSW(Retail Pharmacy Simplified Workflow), which is designed by teachers and organized by students to carry out multi-post tasks. It has realized the professional characteristic curriculum reform which the post, the professional qualification certificate and the curriculum merge. It provides reference for the reform of all kinds of professional courses.
