Optimization Measures for the Construction of New Type of Talent Team in University Think Tanks in the New Era

Abstract

Abstract: With the development of the knowledge economy, universities are no longer just places for teaching and research, but are increasingly turning into intelligent centers for social decision-making and development. University think tanks, as a concrete manifestation of this transformation in universities, are increasingly receiving attention from decision-makers and the public. Based on this, this article studies the optimization measures for the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team in the new era, elaborates on the problems in the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team, and provides optimization measures for the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team in the new era. Through this article's research, it is hoped to provide strong support for the talent cultivation, team building, and performance improvement of university think tanks.
