Application of PBL Mode Based on Flipped Classroom in Classroom Teaching Reform—Take Instrument and Control of Water Supply and Drainage Engineering as an Example

Abstract: Instrumentation and control of water supply and drainage engineering is a professional compulsory course with the characteristic of strong comprehensiveness, which is suitable for using PBL teaching mode based on flipped classroom. Adjustment of course teaching content, reform of teaching methods, and adjustment of assessment methods have been analyzed, which showed that PBL teaching mode could effectively improve the teaching effect and increase students'participation and enthusiasm, adapting to the cultivation needs of high-level, innovative, and applied talents in water supply and drainage.
