Abstract: Electronic Design Automation (EDA) is a professional course of electronic information engineering in undergraduate colleges. In view of the characteristics of this course, such as strong practicality, abstract content, and great difficulty, reform and practice have been carried out from the aspects of teaching content, teaching mode, assessment and evaluation, adopting a blended teaching mode that combines PBL teaching method with online and offline teaching. Practice has shown that the EDA course reform has achieved good results, it has greatly enhanced students'self-learning ability and engineering practice innovation ability, and significantly improved their participation, knowledge accumulation, professional skills, and other aspects in the implementation of the course. It has greatly mobilized students'enthusiasm for learning and achieved the established teaching objectives.
