Cultivation of Graduate Students'Practical Innovation Ability Based on the “Virtue, Learning, Practice, Guidance and Innovation”“Five-in-One and Diversified Synergy ”Systems

Abstract: To achieve the connotative development of professional degree postgraduate education of local universities, the concept of“open cultivation and chain education”based the integration of moral cultivation, course learning, professional practice, team guidance, and research innovation into one training system and“on-campus practice, enterprise practice and scientific research platform”based ladder practice innovation system are constructed. Meanwhile, the“supervisor-group-team-discipline” supervision system of professional degree students and“enterprise-industry-school-government”collaborative education mechanism are implemented. As a result, the practice innovation ability of professional degree students in the field of control engineering is enhanced to some extent.
