Research and Practice on Innovative Talent Training Model Based on Subject Competition

Abstract: In the context of“double innovation”education, there are certain shortcomings in the current innovative talent training model. This article explores the shortcomings of talent training in universities through policy interpretation and existing resource analysis, analyzes the principles of innovative talent training, and explores the relationship between talent training models and subject competitions from the perspective of subject competitions, as well as how to promote the development of innovative talent training models from multiple perspectives. It is believed that entrepreneurship training for students based on subject competition platforms can effectively serve local rural development and consumption upgrading transformation, and provide paths for innovative talent cultivation models.
