Application of Chinese Medicine Chemistry in the Cultivation of Pharmaceutical Innovation Ability of Chinese Pharmaceutical Talents

Abstract: Talent is the first resource for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and innovation is the first driving force for the development. TCM chemistry is one of the core courses of TCM major, aiming at the innovative training of TCM talents in the new era. This paper proposes to integrate traditional Chinese medicine thinking training, scientific research thinking training, innovation and entrepreneurship education into the course of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine, with a view to improving the scientific research ability and independent innovation ability of traditional Chinese medicine professionals, and promoting the construction of high-quality talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
