A Study on the Self Development Consciousness and Training Strategy of New Teachers in Vocational Colleges——Research Based on Vocational Colleges in Alaer

Abstract: In order to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges, strengthen the construction of new teachers in vocational colleges, and promote the rapid and steady growth of new teachers in vocational colleges, 82 new teachers in Alaer from 1-5 years of employment were investigated in the form of questionnaires from nine aspects: basic situation, work situation, learning and training, professional identity, professional development, self-regulation, career planning, job burnout, and incentive measures, data statistics and analysis are carried out in combination with field interviews to find out the problems and influencing factors existing in the self-development of new teachers in vocational colleges in Alaer, and solutions are proposed from five aspects: cognition, experience, sublimation, detection and reflection.
