Study on Classifying Teaching of College Mathematics in Applied Undergraduate Colleges——Taking Huainan Normal University as an Example

Abstract: Advanced mathematics, linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical statistics, calculus, and other courses are important basic compulsory courses in applied undergraduate colleges. They are also the foundation and tool for learning the main courses of many majors, the foundation for cultivating students'innovative and practical abilities, and an important carrier for promoting quality education. Huainan Normal University has been reforming the classification teaching mode of university mathematics courses since 2019, achieving the goals of improving teaching quality and students'learning enthusiasm, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent cultivation of students.
