Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of TPKCEE teaching model in Introduction to nursing. MethodsA cluster sampling method was used to select the students of nursing major in Youjiang Medical University for Nationality from 2020 to 2021. Among them, 329 students in the 2020 level were selected as the control group and were taught in a conventional blended learning mode; The experimental group consists of 236 participants in the 2021 level, using a blended teaching mode of TPKCEE. Compare the autonomous learning situation, final exam scores, and learning attitudes of the two groups, and use a questionnaire method to understand the evaluation of the experimental group on teaching reform. ResultsIt showed that the learning attitude, autonomous learning, and final exam scores of the control group were higher than those of the experimental group, with statistically significant differences. The experimental group of students is generally satisfied with the teaching reform, with 74.4% of students believing that practical teaching can increase their interest in learning. However, due to the difficulty of understanding the course content, they hope to combine it with case studies to understand it. Some students (47.2%of the experimental group) even hope to increase their offline classroom learning hours to facilitate teachers'teaching of key and difficult knowledge. ConclusionLearning attitude can affect students'learning outcomes. Due to limited class hours, the TPKCEE teaching reform will correspondingly reduce the teaching hours of theoretical courses, which will affect students with poor self-learning ability in mastering knowledge points. Teachers should educate students to have a correct learning attitude and guide them to effectively learn independently, and improve teaching methods based on course content and class hours to promote students'absorption and internalization of knowledge.
