Abstract: In the context of the construction and reform of "double first-class" schools, teachers are important resources of colleges and universities, and important factors related to the educational competitiveness, teaching quality and development potential of colleges and universities. In the post epidemic period, the large-scale online teaching launched by colleges and universities across the country has brought new changes to teachers and new problems and challenges. So how to innovate the training methods and mechanisms of college teachers, make rational and efficient use of information-based teaching, and improve teachers' awareness and teaching ability is worth thinking about. This paper mainly analyzes the problems and challenges faced by college teachers in the post epidemic period, and puts forward targeted suggestions, so as to solve the problems encountered in the development of college teachers in special periods, especially in teaching, and create good conditions for the implementation of national strategies such as "double first-class""strong schools with talents" and "powerful education".
