Exploration of Teaching Methods of the Course Principles and Equipment of Food Freezing and Refrigeration Based on Mixed Teaching

Abstract: Conforming to the development and needs of the times, the hybrid teaching mode combining the advantages of online teaching and traditional teaching emerged at the historic moment. Hybrid teaching is a new teaching mode that effectively integrates the advantages of online teaching and traditional teaching, which is of great significance to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and improve teaching quality. Under the background of the mixed teaching mode, combined with the characteristics of the course principles and equipment of food freezing and refrigeration, this paper analyzes the current teaching situation, and explores more reasonable teaching methods from three aspects: optimizing teaching methods, integrating ideological and political concepts, and establishing a multi-dimensional examination system based on the three modules of pre-class preparation, in-class teaching and post-class consolidation.
