Exploration of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training in Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: The development of the social economy requires higher vocational colleges to cultivate more innovative technical talents through innovation and entrepreneurship education. Modern apprenticeship is one of the important ways to train applied innovative talents. Drawing lessons from the advantages of modern apprenticeship, higher vocational colleges can further improve the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and improve the quality and efficiency of talent training. This paper analyzes the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, introduces the significance of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the training of modern apprenticeship talents, and puts forward the method of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the training of modern apprenticeship talents, so as to provide beneficial exploration for carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
