Exploration on Curriculum Reform of Ergonomics Based on OBE Education Concept

Abstract: The OBE concept is the main concept of current curriculum reform in universities, which meets the needs of cultivating applied talents. This article is based on the OBE education concept, combined with the characteristics of ergonomics courses, and conducts a preliminary exploration of teaching reform in teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching organization, and teaching effectiveness evaluation. It constructs an evaluation system for ergonomics courses under the OBE concept. Practice has shown that the reformed courses have achieved good teaching results, which can provide ideas for the reform and construction of relevant courses in universities.
