Practice and Exploration of Improving the Effectiveness of Hybrid Training for University Teachers Based on the Super-Star “One-Level and Three-Terminal” System

Abstract: This article combines the new situation of higher education development in the new era and reviews the practice of implementing teacher training at Nanjing University of Engineering based on the “one-level, three-terminal” platform of the Super-star. With the goal of building an advanced teaching ability improvement system of “research, training, application and innovation” , by utilizing the “one-level, three-terminal” and various information technology means, adopting an online and offline hybrid teacher training model, practice and explore ways to improve the effectiveness of hybrid training for university teachers, and provide suggestions and prospects for continuous optimization and improvement of teacher training.
