Abstract: Modern industrial college is an important way to realize the transformation and development of application-oriented undergraduate universities. Based on the analysis of the development connotation and construction process of modern industrial colleges, this paper proposes a multi-party collaborative education mechanism of“politics-university-enterprise-association”for the modern industry colleges, which integrates organizational management, teacher management, talent training and industry-university-research services, taking the modern transportation and logistics industry college as an example. Combined with the outcome based education concept and constructivism theory, a“demand-oriented, engineering-driven and case-through”excellent application talent education mode of modern industrial colleges is built, focusing on dynamic adjustment of disciplines and majors, multi-party and full-chain collaborative education, and integration of teaching resources and teaching methods. The above provides an effective collaborative education implementation path for the construction of modern industrial colleges in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
