Research on the Construction of Cross-Border E-commerce Teachers in Application-Oriented Universities under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: The integration of industry and education can effectively promote the development of local application-oriented universities, it is an inevitable requirement for the transformation and development of local application-oriented universities. This paper analyzed the problems in application-oriented universities of unsufficient teaching staff in cross-border E-commerce talents training. Refer to the examples of the building of cross-border E-commerce teachers' team between Lanzhou Institute of Information Technology, Shenzhen EFE Trading Co. Ltd. and Guangzhou Online Technology Co. Ltd. This paper put forward the following measures: opening up the channels for introducing talents, building the mechanism for training the practical ability of teachers integrating industry and education, building the cross-border E-commerce teachers' training base and the practical curriculum system jointly by schools and enterprises, and combining the needs of talents, to update the training contents and other measures. This paper can provide reference for the cooperation between schools and enterprises to build a cross-border e-commerce teaching staff.
