Knowledge Sharing and Collaborative Research of High-Level Talent Innovative Teams in “Double High-Level”Institutions

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the current situation, problems, and improvement paths of knowledge sharing and cooperation in innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions. Through analysis and research of relevant literature, it is found that there are some problems in knowledge sharing and cooperation in innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions, such as the lack of effective knowledge management and learning mechanisms, and the lack of effective communication and cooperation platforms. Therefore, this paper proposes some strategies, such as establishing suitable mechanisms for knowledge sharing and cooperation, creating an environment conducive to team learning, and enhancing the knowledge sharing and cooperation abilities of team members, to improve the innovation capability and competitiveness of innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions. At the same time, further research and exploration can be carried out to continue to improve the mechanisms and strategies for knowledge sharing and cooperation in innovative teams of high-level talents in“double high-level”institutions, in order to adapt to the development and changes of the times.
