Abstract: A large number of highly qualified technical talents is an important support for the innovation and development of manufacturing industry, and vocational colleges are the main key base for training technical and skiued talents. The level of professional and technical level of young teachers in vocational colleges directly affects the quality of technical and skillfed talents training. some young full-time teachers lack engineering practice and teaching ability. Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute builds a team of double tutors with“enterprise engineers and old teachers as the core”, connects enterprise advanced manufacturing technology outside the school, and relies on professional training rooms and advanced manufacturing industry colleges inside the school, so that young teachers can adapt to the college's“double qualification”teacher ability training mode, systematically improve the technical level of young teachers, and help young teachers improve their engineering practice ability and teaching ability.
