An Empirical Study of “3+6” Career Guidance Course Based on Theory of Career Adaptability

Abstract: In allusion to graduates’employment difficulty, this paper constructs“3+6”career guidance course system biased by career adaptability, to which statistical analysis is performed pre and post course through paired Ttest. The result shows that the course, to some extent, enhances career adaptability, especially in career curiosity, career confidence, career interpersonal and career adjustment, but not in career concern and career control. Universities should focus on practical training, self-management cultivation, occupational environment construction to develop students’career adaptability.
