Abstract: Aiming at the teaching and learning problems of digital signal processing courses, such as low integration of theory and practice, passive thinking of students and single teaching evaluation methods, the blended teaching mode based on“student-centered, competency-based”is investigated in this paper. Based on the individual differences of students, reconstruct the four levels of teaching content of“understanding + comprehend + mastery + application”, present the requirements of knowledge structure and ability structure through the integration of online and offline and project-driven diversified mixed teaching mode, and form a combination of“phased + comprehensive”assessment and evaluation mechanism to promote mutual evaluation between learning and teaching, in order to achieve the optimization and construction of the curriculum. The practice shows that this mode could effectively strengthen students’theoretical knowledge, improve students’independent learning ability, thinking analysis ability and innovation ability.
